The venue has an accessible entrance on King Street with step-free access and a gender-neutral accessible toilet. This entrance opens 30 minutes before the performance. There is no lift in the venue. Access to the bars, Dress Circle and Grand Circle is by stairs only. Guide dogs are welcome in all areas. The venue uses MobileConnect for hearing assistance. Please download the app prior to arrival and use your own device and headphones during your visit. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the venue. Hot and alcoholic drinks, and any hot or cold food may not be brought into the venue and will be confiscated. Due to regulations any tins, cans and glass bottles are not permitted in the auditorium. These items will be confiscated on the door and returned at the end of the show. --- And finally, The venue asks you to consider the enjoyment of other audience members and do nothing to disturb the performance.

No Children under 3 will be admitted to the venue except where it is specifically stated at the time of booking that the event is suitable for under 3s. Babes in arms (children under 18 months unless otherwise stated at the time of booking and on the ticket) will only be admitted to performances that are specifically aimed for them (pantomimes and shows permitting under 3s only). Where babes in arms are permitted, they shall be admitted free of charge to sit on an adults lap; they will not be allocated their own seat. If any other age restrictions apply for a particular performance this will be stated on the relevant production page of the ATG main website. Children (ages 18 months to 15 years inclusive) shall require their own ticket which shall be at full ticket price if no child concessions are available at the time of booking. Children (ages 15 years and under) must be supervised at all times. Supervision of children shall be by not less than 1 adult (aged 18 years or over) per 10 children, and the supervising adult must sit next to the child/children. The Management reserves the right to ask parents or supervisors to remove children if, in the opinion of the Management, they are causing a disturbance. During a performance the venue is happy to store pushchairs/prams outside the auditorium.
